**A. JOB SUMMARY**
- To assist & ensure all logistic operation run smoothly.

**B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To serves as liaison between customer and various department especially operation
- To do telemarketing to maintain orders/requests from the customer
- To maintain and update customer records
- To prepare quotations and agreements for new customers
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head of the Department
- To key in Request of Transport (ROT)
- To update plan delivery planning and outstation planning
- Checking container closing date in the port system
- Planning/updating pick-up and return containers in the port system
- Any other duties assigned by the Management

**C. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines.
- 1-2 years working experience preferably in Customer Service.
- Good Communications skills, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Pro-activeness in job responsibilities.
- Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks / activities.
- Focus on Customers

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
