**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**:

- Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensure guests have all the information they need for a memorable experience.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the event management team to plan and execute various events.
- Support event logistics, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.
- Assist in ensuring that events run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
- **Attraction Management**:

- Participate in the operation and maintenance of our attractions, ensuring they are safe and appealing to guests.
- Collaborate with attraction staff to coordinate schedules and provide support as needed.
- Contribute to the development of attraction improvement plans.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Help with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies for attraction operation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Customer Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, especially related to attraction experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements to the guest experience and attraction operation.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving Bomb Battle's reputation in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
