**Retail Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)**

**Location**: Cyberjaya, Selangor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, restocking, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage cash handling and electronic payments accurately, prepare daily sales summaries, and ensure proper stock tracking and documentation.
- Maintain correct product pricing and develop attractive merchandise displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge, offering recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex matters when required.
- Handle stock ordering, receiving, and updating inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with promotional activities, in-store marketing setups, and seasonal display executions.
- Participate in regular stock counts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and support loss-prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.
- Stay updated on product information, ongoing promotions, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about retail, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates, former cabin crew members, and interns are encouraged to apply.
