Retail Sales Assistants are often working directly on shop floors providing customer-facing services. Their key responsibilities include assisting customers with purchasing decisions, stocking shelves and ensuring the store remains tidy and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing guidance on finding products they need.
- Assisting shoppers with selecting products, answering queries and providing product recommendations.
- Maintaining the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean, tidy and products are well-organized.
- Checking product stock levels and helping with restocking activities when necessary.
- Managing customer complaints or forwarding complex issues to the store manager/supervisor.
- Promoting store sales or loyalty programs to customers.
- Manage the daily operations of the retail store or department
- Maintain inventory levels
- Ensure products are displayed and priced correctly
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Able to perform sales through Live Streaming (Tik Tok, Instagram & Shopee)

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year experience in a retail assistant role or sales is an added advantage**:

- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**:

- **Minimum SPM is required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
