Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant is located in Semenyih. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales, and maintaining organized merchandise displays. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their purchases, answering queries, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and tidy. The Sales Assistant will report to the Store Manager and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Good Organization Skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare products is a plus
