About the Role:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, while also providing excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales pipeline.
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Generate reports and track sales performance metrics.
  • Assist with sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu. (Speaking & Writing)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role (a plus).
