Position Overview:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth. This role involves both digital and offline marketing activities, content creation, event coordination, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate and support events, roadshows, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to produce leads and support sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing content and communication.
  • Manage partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship activities.
  • Oversee company website updates and SEO improvements (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged depending on company needs).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
