senior marketing all-rounder
who can make it impossible for parents
not to notice us
.

This isn't a role for someone who just manages agencies or pushes paper. It's for a hands-on builder who can plan, create, execute, and iterate campaigns, with speed, creativity, and precision.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing for our preschool launch and expansion.
  • Create compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and more — from reels to posts to stories — using tools like Canva and AI.
  • Develop campaigns from scratch: plan, schedule, run, and optimise them months in advance.
  • Track performance, analyse data, and refine strategies in real time.
  • Produce short-form video content quickly and confidently (yes, even on your phone).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns and other paid channels effectively.
  • Lay the foundation for a marketing team as we grow.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven ability to build and run digital campaigns that actually work.
  • Strong creative instincts and the confidence to generate content ideas without waiting for a brief.
  • Hands-on skills in social media management, content creation, and ad platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline and accelerate output.
  • A solid understanding of analytics, campaign performance, and optimisation.
  • Relevant marketing qualifications or training (degree preferred, but demonstrable track record counts more).
  • Hunger to grow into a leadership role as the brand scales.
