Key roles and responsibilities: -

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website and e-commerce).
  • Manage and update official online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, company website and social media pages.
  • Develop engaging content strategies (graphics, product descriptions, videos and blog posts) to promote agro-based products.
  • Monitor and analyze online traffic, customer engagement and sales performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development and Sales teams to launch and promote new products online.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency, product accuracy and positive customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
  • Respond to online inquiries, manage customer feedback, and support order fulfillment coordination with the operations team.
  • Stay updated on current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the agribusiness and FMCG sectors.

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Food Science, Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum 2 years' of experience in sales or marketing of processed food or FMCG products.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and online sales platforms.
  • Good presentation preparation and proposal paper writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong proofreading and presentation abilities.

  • Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information securely and maintain confidentiality, adhering to privacy and data protection protocols.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and resourcefully, with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically fit and in good health.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
