The curriculum covers areas such as cognitive development, literacy, numeracy, cultural awareness, and character building while offering proprietary lesson plans, extensive resources, and digital tools for teachers and parents. With over 50 preschools in 15 countries, Kipinä is on track to establish 100 preschools globally within the next three years.

In January 2026, Kipinä will proudly open its first campus in Malaysia, bringing this transformative model of early learning to local families.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Student Recruitment and Admissions Executive based at Kipinä Kids Eco Majestic, Semenyih. The role involves overseeing student recruitment activities, coordinating the admissions process, managing inquiries, meeting with parents, and successfully converting leads into enrolments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service (experience in preschool or education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with parents
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital marketing or CRM tools
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
