**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with sewing tasks, including sample creation, minor alterations, and repair work.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet the brand's standards.
- Identify and fix defects in garments, including stitching errors, fabric inconsistencies, and finishing details.
- Collaborate with the fashion designer to execute design ideas and concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of defects, repairs, and quality control processes.
- Ensure that detailing, such as trims and embellishments, is executed precisely.
- Assist with fittings and provide support during the production process.
- Organize and manage the workspace, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the fashion designer to support the production and design processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Fashion Design, Tailoring, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sewing, tailoring, or garment production (fresh graduates with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and other garment production tools.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to assist in various aspects of the design process.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
