Kipinä, the Finnish-model international preschool, is opening in Eco Majestic in 2026. To bring our vision to life, we're looking for a Student Recruitment & Admissions Executive who knows how to connect with parents, inspire confidence, and convert interest into enrolment.

This is not a reception role. It's a sales position at the heart of our school's growth.

• Be the first impression: Handle enquiries from families across WhatsApp, phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
• Sell the experience: Conduct personalised school tours that highlight Kipinä's curriculum, environment, and culture — helping parents see why their child belongs here.
• Convert interest into admissions: Manage leads, follow up diligently, and close registrations with clear targets in mind.
• Keep records sharp: Track enquiries, visits, and conversions in our CRM and provide timely reporting.
• Work with the team: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align on campaigns, open days, and community engagement.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or admissions, ideally in education, hospitality, or premium services.

• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a bonus).

• Energetic, approachable, and comfortable presenting to groups and families.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and manner.

• Organised, reliable, and comfortable with digital tools (CRM, messaging platforms).
