Customer Demand Analyst

The responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
1. Proactively interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to strategically position the factory to support the current/ future demand and addressing all demand-supply gaps with internal stakeholders to meet business needs. This may include production planning schedules, demand forecasts, materials build plan, capacity requirements and inventory strategies.
2. Lead and facilitate customer delivery commitment and backlog management to ensure a recovery plan is communicated to customer timely should there is a supply line de-commit happened.
3. Partner with logistic team and GTT for Export Compliance and flawless shipment to Customer to ensure the collaterals is deliver per shipment schedule and meet customer/s required dock date.
4. Drive continuous improvement for business process, system automation, tools report and supply chain model to meet current/ future business needs.
5. Work with all stakeholders to organize, run task force or work groups, conducts what-if scenario planning and provide concise reports/ update to management as when necessary.
6. Lead and ensure factory capacity and production commits are delivered with best in class on cost and quality.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of supply chain along with the knowledge of supply line commit process, forecasting and delivery processes.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP systems is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- This position requires strong analytical skill, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills to work with cross functional team for making solid decisions and management recommendations.
- Able to assume responsibility to address issues proactively with key stakeholders to resolve issues timely.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and presentation to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and all levels of management.**Inside this Business Group**
