**Job Description**:
**Your Role**:
This position is to perform production planning and scheduling to meet customers’ demands.

**Activities may include, but not limited to**:

- In charge of the monthly and master production schedule.
- To work closely with the production team to achieve planned quantity.
- To work closely with the buyer team to ensure sufficient materials to support the production.
- Following the Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Bill of Material (BOM) changed with the NPD Direct Attach and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
- Committed product delivery to sales or customer service.
- Performing monthly forecast analysis.
- To work with the sales team or order fulfilment team to salvage aging materials.

**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and manufacturing environment.
- Able to work under tight schedules and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and pay attention to details.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work with people from all levels.
- Good communication skills and fluent to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
