The job scope of a production planner involves a range of responsibilities related to planning and organizing the manufacturing or production process within a company. The primary goal is to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

**Production Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Coordinate with various departments such as sales, marketing, and procurement to gather relevant information for planning.

**Capacity Planning**:

- Assess and plan production capacity to meet current and future demand.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions.

**Communication**:

- Liaise with different departments, such as operations, logistics, and quality control, to ensure a smooth flow of information and materials.
- Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant stakeholders.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
- Use statistical methods to forecast future production requirements.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact production timelines.
- Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
