Planner (Production Control Planning)

Your Responsibilities
  • Control and Optimize the Production priority in responsible area to achieve On Time Delivery Target.
  • Reschedule the order as per Pull-in and Push-out request by customer.
  • Monitor and measure Sequeunce follow-up status in each production station.
  • Monitor and measure the Output achievement status in each production station.
  • Expedite the urgent orders.
  • Highlight delay to Foreman and escalate department Mangers when need.
  • Highlight the machine down time in bottle neck to Foreman and escalate to department Managers.
  • Push Product Engineer /Quality Engineer to solve quality issue. 
  • Block or Release production order as per requirement of Customer, Product Engineer and Quality Engineer.
  • Prepare and distribute the Production Report.
  • Split order when Production need.Arrange and associate the Off-load when need.
  • Train new engineer and Line controllers.
  • Solve the IT related issue together with IT department.
  • Follow internal test lots.
  • Other Job assignment from superior.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management or equivalent.
  • 3 years working experience in Production Planning particularly in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills - process control system.
  • Ability to operate operation independently.
