Senior Production Planner

Your Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain optimized production workflows and shipment schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
  • Create and manage production orders in SAP, ensuring data integrity and accountability across teams.
  • Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in the production planning module for accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure adherence to shipment dates and minimize delays.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, including late operations, aging work orders, and work order confirmations.
  • Lead and mentor the planner team to ensure efficient execution of planning functions and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate implementation of new processes, production tests, and documentation for smooth transitions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with cost, time, and quality expectations; prepare status reports and facilitate change requests.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in production planning or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and statistical analysis tools (DOE, MSA, SPC, G R&R).
  • Skilled in multi-project management, time management, and conflict resolution; able to perform under minimal guidance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills; proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other planning tools; ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving operational requirements.
