As a Executive (Project), your main role is to assist Project Manager or Superior, where applicable, in the day to day duties of the project's administration to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client’s requirement and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
- To assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the designs/drawings for construction.
- To check and recommend solutions to the design documents problems, including conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions.
- To liaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
- To monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards & requirements, procedures, specifications and codes.
- To monitor project costs and schedule performance including proceeding project cost and schedule control when needed.
- To coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
- Ensure completion of final project documentations.
- To liaise with consultants, internal departments authorities and contractors in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certifications.
- To coordinate and control all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural constriction works on site.
- To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
- To coordinate and monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client's requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client, facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
