**What you'll be doing**:

- Extensive travelling, 70%-80% of the time are travelling in North, South, East Coast and East Malaysia.
- All the stock take are perform using Hand-Held Scanner. Auditor is required walk around the storage and sales floor to scan every single shoes box (averagely 7-8k a shop).
- Warehouse stock count covering retail and e-commerce, total 4 times a year.
- Conduct surprise inventory audits of the company’s stores, franchise, concess and warehouse as per the audit schedule within the predefined deadline (ie at least 2 times a year per location).
- Check frequently the accounting stock and cash statement of stores, agencies and depots to ensure that all sales remittances, tender sales and credit sales are up-to-date with proper records (such as money on way etc).
- Check that all goods supplied from Distribution Centre, warehouse and goods transferred to and from other shops and depots are booked and updated accordingly(such as goods on way etc).
- Highlight internal control weaknesses (i.e operation efficiency such as storage, safety, assets, documentation compliance etc)
- Prepare/write up audit findings and analyse audit result, thereafter, recommend for process improvement as and when needed.
- Ensure timely completion of audit reports with proper safe keeping of records
- Kick off and exit briefing/discussion with appropriate personnel to finalise the result and instant communication to appropriate personnel.
- Report immediately any cases of misappropriation resulting from the store inventory audits to your manager for action and decision.
- Attend inventories at any time and place, with the approval of your immediate supervisor.
- Liaise with government authority ( i.e: police etc) as and when needed and follow up on the outcome.
- Highlight internal control weaknesses with high-risk impact and to carry out investigation/special operational audits when fraud arises.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
