What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers with a smile and positive energy
- Prepare and serve drinks with care, consistency, and passion
- Follow our SOPs to ensure every cup meets top-quality standards
- Keep the workspace clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Maintain overall outlet cleanliness and product quality
- Promote and upsell our menu items with confidence
- Be ready to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

**Requirements**:

- F&B experience preferred
- Able to communicate in **English** and **Bahasa Melayu**:

- Friendly, honest, and a great team player
- Good communication skills and customer-focused
- Must have own transport and valid driving license
- Willing to work overtime when needed
