**Job Descriptions: -**
- Assist with sensory sessions (schedule with participants, prepare, distribute triangular tests and collect results, clean, scan and file results).
- Perform instruments calibrations and physico-chemical analysis.
- Fully organize tasting (new product launches from other sites, products from market, propositions from suppliers) and maintain related records.
- Participate in label validation process (collect files, write recipe code, attach previous label versions, photocopy and file validated labels).
- Data entry (technical data, kosher system).
- Create technical documents (specification sheets for Indonesia).
- Maintain/audit folders and files (halal certificate, specification sheets, labels).
- Perform yearly verification of raw material storage vs invoice vs halal certificate.
- Maintain stocks (raw materials, bottles, pipettes, boxes, glassware, stationaries, labels, milk, ice, cups, finished goods).
- Supervise housekeeper and housekeeping task/schedule.
- Perform scheduled cleaning of instruments.
- Proactively ensure that the laboratory is maintained organized and cleaned by the R&D team.
- Actively participate in laboratory upgrades.
- Send/collect parcels (contact warehouse, prepare proforma invoice, record).
- Write procedures for every assigned recurring task to help the team to deputy these tasks when absent.
- Assist with sample making steps (raw material preparation, bottle inspection, pasteurization, bottling, sealing, labelling).
- Assist with production trials (collect documents and finished products).

**Job Requirements: -**
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / SPM or related is preferred.
- 1 year working experience in similar function, preferable from similar industry.
- Experience in laboratory environment, sensory panelist and analyst.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Analytical, proactive and organisational skills.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & etc).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
