**Summary **:This job is an IT Support Specialist. Perform hardware repair and testing, prepare systems for implementation, diagnose and resolve network issues, and provide customer training. You might like this job because it offers hands-on troubleshooting experience and customer interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repair and testing of IT hardware.
- Prepare and verify IT hardware for system implementation.
- Carry out hardware and network issue diagnosis and testing on-site or provide online support to customers.
- Prepare customer image data for system implementations.
- Provide front POS training to customers during installations.
- Deliver hardware to customers.
- Update customer image data.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM education level required
- Basic IT knowledge preferred
- Willingness to travel outstation when necessary
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST for liaising with retail customers such as mini marts and small-scale groceries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
