**Position**: Service Technician
**Location**: Kota Kemuning ,Shah Alam

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Perform **on-site commissioning** of equipment and systems supplied by the company.
- Carry out **troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair** of customer equipment.
- Provide **on-site measurement and technical support** to assist the sales team during pre-sales and project stages.
- Conduct **routine maintenance and servicing** of installed systems.
- Support customers with technical training and product operation guidance.
- Prepare **service reports** and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel for **on-site work nationwide**.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a valid driving license.
