Conduct regular training or seminars on Company products with the service network, customers, and kitchen equipment suppliers Nationwide.
- Prepares routine and ad hoc department related reports for management, including test reports, field reports, service performance measurement, service reviews and monthly reports.
- Attend market visits to ensure the Company is maintaining the updated service literature, manuals, price lists, service bulletins, and any relevant technical information.
- Identifies, evaluates, recommends, and appoints potential service companies to enhance the Company service network.
- Responsible for reporting service or quality problem on products to operating companies. This includes offering suggestions on causes of problem and creating.
- Responsible for Safety initiative and continuous improvement program of servicing jobs. Upkeep the safety standard that in line with corporate guidelines.
- Establish yearly service budgets on the various phases of services/ projects and ongoing or changing operations.
- Responsible for performance management and make recommendation for development of skills and staff performance improvement, and counsel employees on career development.
- Develops programs in conjunction with our group operating companies to enhance the capabilities including maintenance of products, certification of products, rework or recall of product.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good personality and communication skills
- Have experience in managing service department and provide technical support to customers nationwide.
- Ability to train technicians to provide high level of service competency and provide support to sales and Project dept.
- Good knowledge of computer and proficiency in Microsoft office / ERP system
