**Primary Objective**:
Translate daily published technical and fundamental research reports that have been produced by RHB's research analysts from English to Banahas Malaysia, in a timely manner for the use of RHB Investment Bank clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Traslate RHB Research's Malaysia eqyuty and economic report that have been written, edited and published in English:

- To a high standard of Bahasa Malaysia and maintaining the logic and sense of the research report.

2. Work with the editorial team on the prescribed House Style that is applicable to Bahasa Malaysia text.

3. Work an early morning shift from 7am or as assigned to complete timely translation of any research report within an agreed time after it is published, and no later than 9am for the Malaysia Morning Cuppa Research daily.

4. Participate in all weekly or ad hoc Editorial and Supervisory department meeting to discuss editorial and translation matters, and contribute ideas to improve the production and publication processes.
- Oversee the compilation of the House Style Guide, including in Bahasa Malaysia glossary of relevent financial and technical terms.
- Take an additional function to review and edit English language research reports, after developing the relevent skills.

Key Shared Accountabilities
- Extend any assistance, upon request to other department within RHB Investment Bank or its subsidiaries including Group Corporate Communications in the writing and /or editing of non-research articles or reports in Bahasa Malaysia for publishing purposes.
- Assist in supporting all RHB Research event, conference or roadshows that may be held from time to time in ways that may extend beyond translation work.
- Support and collaborate with Regional Equity Research and Economic Research departments.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - translating and interpreting (or similar).
- None

At least 2 years experience in offical translation of English language tests into Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to perform work independently.
