Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is a leading provider of innovative banking solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle FCCM Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our banking clients to drive successful implementation of FCCM solutions.

As a Oracle FCCM Consultant, you'll have a strong background in the banking industry and be well-versed in regulatory compliance requirements. You'll work with clients to ensure compliance with FCCM regulations. You'll be responsible for design and implementation activities, working hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure they get the most out of their FCCM solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with our clients to implement FCCM solutions that meet their unique needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our client organizations.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy new tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all FCCM regulations and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change with stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure they have the skills required to effectively utilize our FCCM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of FCCM regulations and guidelines.
- Extensive experience with Oracle FCCM products, including but not limited to OFSAA, AML, and Compliance Workbench.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
