**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus to guests and provide recommendations on dishes, beverages, and specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, following Japanese dining etiquette.
- Ensure guests have all necessary utensils and condiments for their meals.
- Monitor tables and respond promptly to any guest requests or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered smoothly.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to create a harmonious working environment.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and dining customs is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in [Language], with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
