IT Business Associate

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **IT Business Associate.** In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, consultant-level presentation decks that effectively communicate the accomplishments, ongoing projects, and future initiatives of our IT department. You will play a crucial part in showcasing the value and impact of our IT efforts to a variety of audiences, including senior management, stakeholders, and potentially external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development and Curation**: Collaborate with IT teams and personnel to gather information on completed projects, current activities, key achievements, challenges, and upcoming plans.
- **Information Synthesis and Structuring**: Transform complex technical data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives tailored to specific audiences. Develop logical presentation flows, emphasize key findings, and articulate the business value of IT initiatives.
- **Presentation Design and Visualization**: Design visually appealing and professional presentation decks using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar. Utilize effective layouts, data visualizations (charts, graphs), and consistent branding to enhance clarity and engagement.
- **Technical Communication**: Ensure the accuracy of technical information while translating complex jargon into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- **Template Management and Standardization**: Create and maintain standardized deck templates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all IT reporting.
- **Deck Maintenance and Updates**: Regularly update presentations to reflect the most current progress, changes, and developments within the IT department.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather input, review drafts, and incorporate feedback.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a role focused on presentation creation, technical writing, business analysis, or project management within an IT setting.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver consultant-quality presentations for diverse audiences.

**Communication Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Design and Visualization Skills**:

- Strong visual design skills and the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes across various domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity).

**Analytical and Synthesis Skills**:

- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate information, identify key insights, and synthesize them into concise summaries.

**Detail Orientation**:

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Collaboration Skills**:

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience in a consulting environment or working on consulting engagements.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Create polished PowerPoint decks: 1 year (preferred)
- Translate technical content: 1 year (preferred)
- Support storytelling for IT strategy: 1 year (preferred)
- Ensure branding, consistency, and accuracy: 1 year (preferred)
