- As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll work in tandem with a variety of departments to design, build, and maintain a fully functional system that operates at optimal efficiency. Your meticulous attention to detail will allow you to monitor, assess, and modify new and existing code, while your exceptional knowledge of fundamental design principles will allow you to build impressive and scalable systems.
- Role Responsibilities-
Writing clean, readable, and reusable Ruby code that follows conventions
- Identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and troubleshooting codes within existing systems
- Setting up codes on the cloud server and implementing automated testing platforms
- Adhering to system requirements to deliver source code, documents, and test scripts
- Collaborating with various departments to successfully integrate user-facing elements
- Working closely with third-party APIs and integrating customer and third-party systems
- Maintaining Ruby code and upholding the highest standards of reliability and efficiency
- Role Requirements
- 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience with a strong understanding of Ruby syntax (required)
- Well-versed in code versioning tools (GIT) with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (required)
