Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide personalized assistance and support.

2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their experience.

3. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.

5. Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information.

6. Meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
