**Job Purpose**:
To ensure efficient and accurate handling of internal and external dispatch tasks, support administration and logistics functions, and maintain smooth information flow across departments and with external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Document Handling & Dispatch**

Prepare, sort, and dispatch store documents (invoices, stock reports, schedules, receiving forms). Maintain logs for tracking and ensure secure handling of confidential information

**Logistics Coordination**

Arrange courier or in-house deliveries of documents, materials, and supplies. Coordinate with delivery drivers, suppliers, and HQ logistics teams.

**Data & Filing Support**

Perform data entry, manage filing systems, maintain document archives, and update dispatch ledgers regularly. Relay messages accurately between departments and external contacts. Support procurement or admin functions as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Internal Communication**:

- Minimum SPM (Malaysian secondary school certificate); diploma or basic admin/logistics background is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling sensitive tasks responsibly
- Able to travel locally if needed for deliveries or pickups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
