Occupational Therapist

Job Description: -Plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patients care, incorporating risk assessment, to maximize functional independence and rehabilitation potential. -Communicate with patients and carers in order to positively develop therapeutic relationships. -Ability to co-ordinate and priorities workloads - able to multi-task as well as be self-disciplined and highly motivated. -Knowledge of how to use specialist equipment - required for day to day use with specific patients e.g. communication aids, special seating, standing frames etc. Job Requirement: -Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. -Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be preferred. -Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.
