1. To lead a team of senior engineers(G2), Technical Specialists, Engineers, technicians, Admin other department staff in the assigned location. 2. Ensure timely response and resolution of all customer complaints by assigning, assisting, or attending to all such requests. 3. To ensure timely completion of all scheduled activities 4. To provide technical know-how and support to the subordinates 5. Ensure submission of all reports and other relevant documents stipulated by the management. 6. Ensure All the document is verified and filled in the State offices as per the concession agreement. 7. Monitoring daily operation, KPI, Staff coordination, task delegation, and advice for any technical problem. 8. To oversee the daily operation at the State store, Duties will include monitoring the inventory levels and replenishment of stock. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. 9. Monitor a system of controls, procedures, forms for recording Capex assets like Test and Loaner equipment. Conduct periodic physical counts of CAPEX assets. 10. To encompass State activity Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling 11. To Manage Overall state Performance, Operation, and General Administration. 12. Team communication coordinating between all Dept by district/ State or HQ 13. To present the State performance at State/ District MoH meeting. 14. To Prepare & Review, the Penalty records for the VCM meeting. 15. Conducting Interviews for the State vacancies 16. Perform Induction program to Newly join staff 17. Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
