Design and execute performance test plans using tools like JMeter and Load Runner
- Design, develop nonfunctional testing (Scalability, load, stress) and scripts.
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure performance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain a performance quality gate and a performance testing strategy on given project.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and optimizations.
- Analyse test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues
- Automate performance testing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Document testing methodologies and best practices
- Continuously research and implement new performance testing techniques **What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's or Master degree in information technology and/or other demonstrated learning path (eg. Bootcamp) can be accepted.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter and Load Runner
- Experience in scripting (Java, Javascript, Groovy)
- Understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java (preferably)
- Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git and CI-CD pipeline
- Good understanding of development processes associated with an understanding of performance testing
- Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices or Waterfall Methodology.
- Certification - ITIL is a PLUS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
