Vacancy for Southern Branch
- KPJ Bandar Dato' Onn

Responsible in monitoring overall inpatient meal services

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible to supervise all subordinates and coordinate their activities and administered outlet to provide efficient service.

2. Involves in budget, hiring of manpower and other resources planning

3. Plan roster and work assignment of staff.

4. Evaluates and supervise Dietary staff on their performance / KPI.

5. Involves in menu planning and supervised staff compliance towards the standard food preparation.

6. Ensure food prepared in accordance to food safety guidelines

7. Involves in developing and implementation of services policy and procedures, quality assurance activities such as Patient Satisfactory Questionnaires, HALAL, ISO 22000, food sampling and etc

**Requirement**:

- Possess Degree in Dietetics
- Good working attitudes and excellence communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with internally
- Highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality work in time

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Dietitian: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
