1. Essential duties and responsibilities of include the follow although other duties may assign.

2. To create, communication to follow Gloria Jeans Coffee as a franschisor vision, mission, and values.

3. To ensure crew barista maintain accurate product knowledge.

4. To fill up all the documentation daily task, inventory foam, wastage report, cleaning record, & to inform outlet supervisor if any issues of daily operation outlets.

5. All staff must follow SOP from franschisor and make sure not to do wrong order, to ensure all crew to practice on speed of services (SOS).

6. All team must do the cleaning equipment during shift, waffle machine, ice machine, table chillers, microwave, store cabinet, display chiller & floor manager.

7. To inform manager if food or item is not good condition for supplier or vendor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
