Package is RM2000 + RM250 WFH allowance.
5 days work. Monday till Wednesday work at Amcorp Mall office. Thursday till Friday WFH.
Working Hour is 8 hours starting from 7am to 4pm
No gender or age requirement. Must have good English language command. We will need to interview/test English command
No OT.
**Position Responsibilities**
- The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate entering data and monitoring freight deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately entering and processing information through Salesforce, our internal CRM
- Basic data entry and monitoring skills
- Proactively monitor freight movements
- Entering clear and concise case comments in the CRM
- Track freight using various carrier websites
- Forward freight issues or escalations for investigation to the Customer Service Specialists or Management to proactively resolve freight issues
**Experience**

- Entry level role or up to 1 year freight industry experience in a Data Entry Role
- Passion for the Customer

- SPM
