Our client is a global freight forwarding and logistics service provider with an established presence in Malaysia and a strong network across Asia, North America, and over 300 agents worldwide. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Data Entry Executive to join their growing team based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Overview
As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the company's operations by ensuring accurate and timely data management. Your responsibilities include handling documentation, maintaining records, and performing data entry tasks to support smooth business processes. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of documents, forms, and records.
- Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation.
- Verify and update information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing reports and basic data analysis as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data.
- Contribute to improving filing systems and data management processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Prior working experience in an office or administrative environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset.
*This role is offered on a 3–6 month contract basis, with potential consideration for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
