We are looking for a detail-oriented Content QC & Data Entry to support the GNIUS Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on quality checking learning videos and keying in questions into the Learning Management System. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure content is accurate, complete, and published smoothly on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

A) Video Quality Control

  • Perform QC on learning videos before publishing: audio clarity, video quality, correct topic/title, and overall completeness.
  • Verify the content aligns with the intended syllabus/standard level and internal guidelines (accuracy, clarity, consistency)
  • Record issues found, propose corrections, and track resolution until closure
  • Coordinate with content and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and meet deadline

B) Data Entry

  • Key in and upload questions into the GNIUS LMS (quizzes/exercises/assessments) with high accuracy.
  • Configure question settings such as answer keys, topics, difficulty (if provided), and any required attachments (images/files).
  • Conduct end-to-end checks to ensure questions display correctly and function properly on the LMS
  • Maintain organized documentation of all work completed and versions submitted.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Skills
  • Basic computer skills (especially excel)
  • Proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Teachable person
  • Strong ability to adapt and fast learner

Qualifications

  • Education background or equivalent (preferred, not necessarily)
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
  • Experienced in data extraction would be an added advantage (not necessarily)
  • Own laptop pre-installed with Microsoft Office's app
