Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, cheques/payment instructions/vouchers, and ensure records are up-to-date.
2. Prepare monthly payment vouchers for staff salaries, claims, KWSP, SOCSO, LHDNM, debtors, etc.
3. File all incoming and outgoing correspondences into the respective project files, payment vouchers, invoices, bank statements, etc.
4. Perform various administrative tasks, including answering incoming calls, liaising with the company secretary, auditor, or tax agent, monitoring and recording staff annual and sick leave, managing office stationery inventory, and ensuring the office is clean, neat, and in good condition.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
6. Provide support to the management team with various tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
4. Language proficiency: English & Malay.
5. Pleasant personality with a positive work attitude.
6. Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
7. Immediate availability is preferred.
