General HR responsibilities include assisting with basic recruitment procedures and providing support and guidance to employees on HR and Office policies.
- Full admin responsibility for all office needs, office maintenance and appearance and office correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and attendance record
- Equipment/accessory requests and procurement, set up system access, and basic trouble-shooting and/or escalation as required
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Assist with planning and coordination of various meetings and company events
- Any ad hoc duties as required by Management from time to time

Requirement
- Able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
- Meticulous, thorough, able to multi-task and support when task required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Have comprehensive knowledge of core HR functions and Employment Act, including recent updates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
