**HR Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities**
- **HR Payroll**:
- Check/update employee attendance daily.
- Ensure timely salary payments.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Verify and input OT, sick leave, and annual leave records.
- Print attendance sheets for local and foreign employees.
- Issue monthly attendance register.
- Process medical claims and deductions by the 7th of each month.
- **Foreign Employee Immigration Matters**:
- Handle permit renewals before/during/after expiry.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Track permit expiry dates.
- Arrange for FOMEMA medical checkups.
- Purchase insurance for permit renewals.
- Liaise with government agencies (JIM, FOMEMA, SOCSO, MYEG, JTK).
- **Foreign Employee Welfare**:
- Support foreign employees’ well-being and productivity.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Pre-arrival preparations and orientation.
- Hostel setup, amenities, and cleanliness inspections.
- Assist with flight tickets for foreign employees’ return.
- **Office Administrative Tasks**:
- Support daily office operations.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Manage company vehicle renewals and bookings.
- Renew business licenses (MPK, SME).
- Monitor inventory and replenish supplies.
- Oversee facility management and pest control.
- Assist in logistics and courier services.
- **Scheduled Waste Management**:
- Ensure compliance with environmental waste regulations.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Coordinate waste disposal and recycling.
- Liaise with providers and internal departments for waste handling.
- **Safety & Health**:
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Submit annual reports to JKKP.
- Oversee security (CCTV, guards).
- Distribute PPE to employees.
- **Training**:
- Ensure employees meet annual training targets (8 hours/staff).
- **Specific Tasks**:
- Record and maintain training attendance.
**WORKING TIME**:
- NORMAL 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
- SATURDAY 8.00 AM TO 1.00 P.M
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
