**HR**
- Checking attendance for salary purpose. Key in staff leave and OT on Ipayroll system.
- Update annual leave balance according to attendance on excel sheet.
- To plan on training & development programmed for local staff and foreign workers as per HACCP requirement and complete training evaluation form.
- To conduct induction training for a new comer of local staff or foreign workers according to the Induction Training List.
- To arrange and create Face scan registration for the newcomers (Local & Foreigners) and update in the system for salary purpose.
- To conduct in Domestic Inquiry Investigation by gathering crucial evidence, counseling, coaching session, etc.
- To attend any audit conducted from external auditor such as MESTI, LOTUS and others.
- To follow up with up-to-date Employment Act 1955 from time to time to inform Management and HOD about it.
- To update yearly handbook and company policy for local staff (management and production) and to be release after signature approval from Director.
- To assist and settle foreigners issues.
- To assist and attend to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) when needed.
- To update or to create any SOP or memorandum related to HR and Admin department when needed by the Management.
**Admin**
- To arrange Typhoid injection and proof of certificate for all our Worker.
- To check and oversee any quotation for purchases of company inventory and to choose the best price and cheaper price that can cut cost the expenses of Admin department with attention to budgetary constraints.
- To monitor yearly festive seasons on vegetables distribution to all workers (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya & Deepavali).
Location - Telok Gong, Port Klang
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
