Skills **:Diploma in Accounts, Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts cum HR. Able to start work immediately.**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Accounts cum HR

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all relevant transactions for the accounts under her/his charge are properly transcribed, checked and posted to the accounting system for month-end reporting.
- Prepare payment and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation.
- Verify monthly staff claims.
- Preparation of expenses report for tax computation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters. Foster a positive employee relations environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, update medical claim, leave management, and other related benefits
- Checking and calculation of employee’s overtime
- Any other assignment by superior

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
