Upkeep and maintain the smooth running and documentation of the QA department
- To organize and to fulfil the requirements in products registrations.
- To oversee the calibration and verification of monitoring and measuring equipment.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of manufacturing processes within the organization and Quality Assurance of outgoing products.
- Record, analyze and distribute concern statistical information related to quality control of products.
- Monitor product sampling for physical testing in QA lab.
- Responsible for the development and training of QA technicians.
- Monitor real time shelf life study.
- Involvement in risk management activities including identify new risks, estimate probability of risk and impact, classify risk, recommend mitigation action/ risk control measures, assist in prioritizing risks, review and evaluate the medical benefit of the individual and overall residual risk, evaluate overall residual risk.
- Assist the QA Manager (QMS) by all means in:

- Maintaining the full QMS of the company to ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with the International Standards and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform analysis and resolution of manufacturing quality problem.
- Perform continuous Quality Control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issue, resolve quality problems and initiate corrective or preventive action(s).
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues and recommend action to be taken.
- Perform quality audit on approved suppliers and sub-contractors and collaborate with the suppliers/sub-contractors to improve their quality and/or services.
- Monitor and review the progress and achievement of the documented quality objectives and departmental KPIs.
- Monitor and arrange sample gloves for customer evaluation and lab testing.
