To receive request from customer to update/ change to develop artwork
- To check with customer whether need to go through QA checklist. If required, pas to QA team for checking, if not required, request customer to sign Artwork Liability Agreement ( ALA ), not applicable to Brazil, UK and Germany
- To request procurement team to issue PDCN and details of suppliers
- To check with store team on leftover packaging material ( only if there is revision artwork )
- Provide advice to customer whether to scrap leftover material to utilise after Store team reverts on leftover quantity ( may require Store team manpower to paste sticker manually to avoid wastage of PM )
- To inform Store and Sales Management team for scrap PM and liaise with Finance team on issue DN for scrap PM cost to customer
- Send customer artwork to develop/ use existing design to supplier and follow up with supplier on final design
- Check the final artwork design from supplier and confirm with customer for approval
- Finalise artwork to supplier by provide hardcopy and softcopy of the approved artwork to Sales Management
- Update the final/ approved artwork into sharepoint / server
