We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our group organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability in our group organization by implementing effective financial strategies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast organization performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

**2) Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with objectives of organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide insights to Excos/Committee Members/Board of Directors/Management.

**3)** **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to Excos/Committee Members/Board of Directors/Management/stakeholders.

**4) Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.

**5) Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and support business operations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to minimize delinquencies and maximize cash flow.

**6) Financial Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and expense management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings.

**7) Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
- Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial matters.
- Commitment to compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
