What is your role?

As a
Finance Executive
, you will play a key role in supporting our team by managing daily financial transactions and
ensuring accurate financial records
. Your responsibilities include
handling accounting activities
,
preparing bank reconciliations
, and
managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable
.

This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and a proactive approach when working with various internal and external stakeholders. We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to support your growth and development in this position.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Prepare accounting entries, perform bookkeeping, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations (Bank, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely updates of cash balances
  • Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and full compliance with AP and AR procedures
  • Be willing to learn and assist in the preparation of annual accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems to support smooth administrative operations
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned and assist the company in executing tasks efficiently

The ideal candidate shall have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
  • The ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia when liaising with stakeholders; proficiency in other locally used languages is an added advantage (please highlight in your application)
  • A process-driven mindset with strong adherence to SOPs
  • The ability to manage accounting and finance-related matters efficiently
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through capabilities
