A massive Malaysia based diversified Multinational Corporation with over 90 years of experience in the market, involved in key growth sectors including plantations, property, motors, industrial equipment, etc.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for developing customer relationships and CX strategy to deploy action plans in collaboration with BUs for continued support and optimisation of the end to end customer experience.
- You will be the lead, responsible for monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
- Ensure the CRM system provides effective sales funnel management for the purpose of customer retention and driving performance forecasting
- Manage CRM analytics and define the value proposition for customers based on buying behaviour
- Create Power BI CRM dashboards on Leads and Opportunities as well as campaign performance
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling Customer Relationship Management
- Strong proficiency in window's based programs and CRM databases
- Posses strong interpersonal communications skills
