**About the role?**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline insurance operation and customer service -To follow up with customer for new project (Bateriku Insurance Route User - BIRU)-
Organize & monitor a filing system for client database-
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all insurance policies and correspondence in the company database-
To monitor on the sales basis for insurance policy (new & renewal)-
Respond to queries from manager-
Execute daily sales & administrative task-
Prepare & deliver regular insurance & sales forecasting reports-
Prepare and present detailed on policy new policy, renewal and insurance cost to management for review and decision making-
Other duties as assigned by Manager**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration is preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
